スリランカの方（ラシカ君）から突然メッセージが届いた。
自然農園ビヨンドに興味を持って頂いたようで、何度もメッセージを送って頂いた。
元農家なのだが、土地を失い、今は安月給で働き、妻の実家で共に生活しているが、とても家族を養っていくのが大変とのこと。
土が好きで、米や野菜を育てるのが好きなラシカ君からすると、是非また農的な暮らしをやりたいとのことである。
そして、自分がやっていることなどを話すと、「是非、日本に来たい！」と言ってくれた。
彼は貧しく、自費で来ることは出来ないので、奨学制度か何かで呼んでもらえることは出来ないかと相談された。
ちょっと調べたところ、外国から人を呼ぶための奨学制度は見当たらなかったので、スリランカで外国に学びに行く際の奨学制度というのがあるだろう？と聞くと「そんなのはない」との回答だったが、そんなものなのかな？
彼が言うには、何だか日本には外国人に大学院で学ぶための機会を提供する奨学制度があるらしいのだが、自分には心当たりがなく、調べてもパッと出てこなかった。

ちなみに自分としては、今、自分がやっているように、放置されているような土地を見つけ、そこを耕作すれば良いような気はする。
スリランカにも探せば沢山あるんじゃないかなぁ。街から離れれば。
ラシカ君の都合もあるだろうから、その辺は良くわからないが、彼の家族が幸せになれますように、、

I got a message from Sri Lanka.
He seemed to be interested in Beyond Organic Nature Farm.
We talked about farming and families and stuff on Facebook message.
After several conversations, he opend his mouth.
“Im wel educated and talanted in many fields. Can you give me a help to find a thing like scholarship there please.”
I don’t know much about scholarships for foreigners to come to Japan.
I also feel that he might be able to find a place to cultivate that he can lease at a low price in the countryside.
And that is what I’m telling people here in Japan.
“We could have a place to cultivate, place to live, place to enjoy…. If you left the city and came to the countryside.”
However, I want to know if we could find a scholarship or something to help his family.
If there is someone who know about it, please let me know
